In which language should I apply?
English. Regardless of the office or position you are applying to, TWD is highly international, and our official language of communication is English. Some colleagues who will review your application might not speak the local language. This is a great opportunity to make a strong first impression and showcase your English skills, so don’t miss out!
Can I send an open application or apply for multiple vacancies?
Please apply for the vacancy that best matches your skills and interests, even if you don’t see a perfect fit. In your cover letter, mention that you are open to being considered for other roles as the recruiter sees fit. If you have more than one role in mind, mention them in the cover letter. We look forward to receiving your application!
Are the interviews online or offline?
We always prefer to meet in person so you can get a real feel of our office space and the energetic environment within our team. If you are currently living in another country from the office you are applying to, we will have the 1st interview online and meet in person for the second interview (covered by us)!
Is there a dress code?
We want you to feel comfortable during your interview, so wear whatever makes you feel good. We want to see the real you, so whether you prefer casual attire or something more formal, just be yourself!
