Mentorship Program
TWD offers a mentorship program to leverage our diverse talents. Colleagues can choose to be mentors or mentees, engaging in monthly sessions over six months. Mentees gain new skills, while mentors enhance their leadership and coaching abilities, fostering growth and connections across teams.
