Objective of the role

Now, we're looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Marketing Intern to help us strengthen our presence among students and early-career talent.
You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to elevate our campus recruitment efforts, enhance the candidate experience, and drive engagement through innovative content and campaigns. From co-creating social media posts to planning university activations, you'll be hands-on in shaping the way the next generation of talent connects with TWD.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Internal Events colleagues to support the planning and execution of on-site events for students, bringing TWD’s culture to life in person.
Responsibilities
Drive and support campus recruitment initiatives, including attending and co-hosting events at universities.
Collaborate with a small group of enthusiastic engineers to represent TWD at career fairs, tech talks, and student meetups.
Create and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Develop engaging content that reflects TWD’s culture and attracts early-career talent.
Contribute to a seamless candidate experience through communication and branding touchpoints.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Internal Events teams to align messaging and initiatives.
Help build and engage talent communities through university partnerships and internal advocacy.
Qualifications (Education and Technical knowledge/expertise)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or related fields.
Good understanding of people behavior, candidate’s market and digital media.
