Legal Counsel - Corporate

Foundations of Your Job 
As Legal Counsel at TWD, your objective is to act as a trusted legal advisor and strategic partner to the business. You are responsible for providing expert legal guidance on complex contractual, commercial, and regulatory matters, with a strong focus on risk management, project success, and strategic alignment. You contribute directly to shaping legal policy, supporting decision-making at the management level, and driving continuous improvement in legal frameworks and practices.

A glimpse of your responsibilities: 

• Handle corporate matters, including the formation of new entities and managing legal needs of international subsidiaries.

• Administer shareholder records

• Draft, review, and negotiate rental contracts and supplier agreements.

• Ensure compliance with legislation, including GDPR and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update Legisway for corporate and supplier documentation.

• Provide support on employment law issues and employee insurance matters.

• Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights.

• Support the General Counsel in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the legal team.

• Monitor and report on KPIs and strategy related to corporate legal affairs.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

• Master’s degree in Corporate Law.

• Up to 3 years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm).

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

• Strong understanding of corporate structures, compliance, and contract law.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
