Foundations of Your Job
You are responsible for the technical guidance and quality assurance of projects in a dynamic team of Engineers and Designers. Together with your Lead Engineer and Senior Designer, you are responsible for the translation of client requests into innovative and functional designs of structural and mechanical installation tools. You supervise and maintain quality, guaranteeing accuracy and reliability. Equally important is your crucial role as the guide of (junior) colleagues, helping them enhance their technical expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and creativity.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
Influencing the concept stage of projects by providing valuable input
Helping translate the concept stage sketches and ideas into detailed calculations and reports
Collaborating with the project responsibles to define the quality plan
Safeguarding the quality of the work and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on schedule
Sharing your insights and providing guidance to other Engineers and Designers (e.g. aiding engineers in calculations)
Mentoring and educating team members (e.g. giving workshops) while developing yourself on the job

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:
2-4 years of experience as Structural Engineer
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, including but not limited to:
Structural Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Offshore Engineering
Civil Engineering
Marine Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
