Foundations of Your Job

As a Project Fabrication Engineer at TWD, you will manage projects from design through fabrication, testing, commissioning, and mobilization. You will provide technical expertise in fabrication, hydraulics, and control systems while coordinating with clients, engineering teams and fabricators. The role includes planning, budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, and mentoring colleagues, with opportunities to grow into an independent project leadership position.

  • Support concept and detailed design using fabrication and operational experience.

  • Specify, integrate, and support the testing & commissioning of drive and control systems.

  • Apply expertise in steel fabrication, welding, and onshore/offshore construction practices to deliver practical solutions.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support knowledge sharing.

  • Maintain client relationships through regular communication, progress updates, and technical support.

  • Manage project execution, including planning, budgeting, risk management, fabrication oversight, inspections, quality assurance and schedule control.

You are the perfect match for TWD if you also have the following skills and experience:

  • You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Engineering, Construction or Drive and Control systems

  • You have experience with client communication and managing your own projects

  • You have practical experience in steel fabrication, hydraulic systems, welding, and onshore/offshore environments.

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, preferably in:

    Mechanical Engineering

    Civil Engineering

    Offshore Engineering
