Objective of the role 

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are the engine behind TWD’s digital marketing performance.  

Your role is to manage and optimize our digital ecosystem — from website and SEO/SEA to HubSpot automation and lead scoring — to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and support business growth.  

 

You’ll translate strategic goals into data-driven actions and continuously improve our digital marketing funnel through experimentation and analytics. 

 

Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution 

  • Lead digital marketing planning and execution across SEO, SEA, and website performance.

  • Support content and campaign planning with performance-based insights and digital expertise.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage HubSpot as the central marketing automation and CRM platform.

  • Design, implement, and optimize workflows, forms, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing.

  • Collaborate with sales to ensure that qualified leads are properly tracked and followed up on.

 

Website Management & Optimization 

  • Own the performance and UX of the company website (WordPress), ensuring it supports lead generation and campaign goals. 

  • Optimize content structure, conversion paths, and landing pages for engagement and conversion. 

  

Lead Generation & Nurturing 

  • Develop and implement digital lead generation tactics that align with commercial targets. 

  • Create and manage lead scoring models to qualify leads and improve handover to sales. 

  • Design and monitor automated email marketing workflows and nurturing journeys. 

 

Performance Tracking & Analytics 

  • Set KPIs and build dashboards to measure campaign and channel performance (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads). 

  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for optimization. 

 

Collaboration & Enablement 

  • Work closely with campaign leads, content creators, and business developers to align digital strategies. 

  • Support A/B testing, SEO keyword research, and content planning from a performance perspective. 

  • Brief and manage external partners or freelancers where needed. 

 

Qualifications  

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field. 

•  Hands-on experience with:  

HubSpot (marketing automation, forms, workflows, lead scoring) 

SEO/SEA tools (Google Ads, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) 

Analytics tools (Google Analytics etc) 

•  Understanding of digital buyer journeys, lead funnels, and conversion metrics. 

•  Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
