Foundations of Your Job
As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for the successful delivery of engineering projects from concept to completion. You combine technical understanding with strong organizational skills to translate client requests into practical, innovative designs of structural and mechanical installation tools.
In this role, you coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, you act as the link between technical execution and project coordination. You keep an overview of scope, planning, quality, and risks, ensuring that project deliverables meet TWD standards, client expectations, and agreed timelines. You support and align team members throughout the project and contribute to a collaborative way of working.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
Own the translation of client requests and concepts into well-defined scopes and smart engineering solutions
Set up and drive the project plan, ensuring structure, momentum, and clear milestones
Stay ahead of the curve by spotting technical risks early and coordinating mitigation actions
Align and coordinate Engineers and Designers so decisions are clear and work stays consistent
Contribute actively to the concept phase by gathering and structuring multidisciplinary input
Turn ideas and sketches into solid calculations, reports, and design outputs
Ensure consistent quality by reviewing engineering deliverables against TWD standards
Act as the point of contact for technical questions after delivery, ensuring clear answers and consistent quality

2-4 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, including but not limited to:
Structural Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Offshore Engineering
Civil Engineering
Marine Engineering
Aerospace Engineering
