You are the person in charge of quality and making sure the designs are at the best level. Do you enjoy working together with other ingenious colleagues and sharing your knowledge? Do you have great communication skills and a sense of ownership?

Foundations of Your Job
As a Senior Structural Engineer at TWD, you are a key actor, coaching and sharing technical knowledge within the department. You design and check the quality of unique structural installation tools for various onshore and offshore construction projects. The projects you will be working on are various in scope and size, small and large. You will act as a sparring partner for project members and stimulate creativity. A glimpse of your responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checking of design structures, safeguarding the technical quality and timely delivery of project deliverables

  • Coaching team members to help improve their skills by supervising and increasing the technical knowledge of Engineers and/or Designers

  • Translating the client’s requests into functional designs

  • Performing the technical setup and execution of detailed calculations and reports

  • Elaborating sketches and ideas into calculations

You are a passionate mentor for new engineers, a communicative team player, and a flexible problem solver who thrives on ingenious solutions. Your enthusiasm, self-driven nature, and eagerness to contribute in an entrepreneurial setting define your character, and your strong sense of responsibility ensures that you always get the job done.

  • You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering)

  • You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Structural Engineer

  • Sharing knowledge and helping others is part of your personality. You get energy from coaching others.

  • You are proficient in both Greek and English.

  • You are looking to work on various projects, small and large projects in offshore windfarms and onshore, focusing on methods engineering and equipment designs.
